You will receive an access request from us after the first part of your development fee has been paid for us to access your Google Ads account.

Yes it is possible to cancel the project when we have already started the custom script solution build. But the initial development fee paid at start of project will not be refunded.

When the development fee has been paid, no part of the development fee is refundable under any circumstances.

Once your custom script solution build has been completed, we will help you to install and configure it in your Google Ads account. You'll also be able to access the final completed script code through your Script Build Management Portal.

You will only be able to test and review the custom script solution after the final development fee has been paid.

Every custom script solution build project is protected by our proprietary smart script licensing protection system. This means your custom script can only be run on the Google Ads account (individual account or manager MCC account) for which the script is built, and the script code cannot be shared to run on any other Google Ads account.

It is possible to purchase additional licenses for the script to run on other Google Ads account. You can purchase additional licenses at a one-time fee of $49 each (for each additional Google Ads account) through your script build management portal. If your custom script solution build is designed to run at the manager MCC level, the script will function to automate all of the individual client accounts witin the MCC. But if you would like to run your custom script on another MCC, then an additional license purchase is required.

You can extend the support, revision and bug fix period for an additional 30 days, with an additional fee of 50% of your project build price. This extension period can be purchased through your script build management portal.
